Vegan zucchini pasta! This recipe is so simple and quick to make, and it’s a great substitute for regular, carb-loaded pasta. 

Spiralize four pieces of zucchini and sauté in olive oil for about five minutes. In a separate pan, cook tofu with oil until brown. Combine the zucchini with the tofu and tomato sauce and enjoy! #recipes
