Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancakes (my all-time favorite!) 

Ingredients:
-1/2 scoop Cellucor cinnamon swirl protein powder
-1/3 cup oat flour 
-1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
-1/4 cup egg whites
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 tsp cinnamon

322 calories, 3.5g fat, 38g carbs, 4.5g fiber, 10g sugar (less if using plain Greek yogurt), 30g protein

Double Chocolate Protein Muffins! 
(Adapted from Bodybuilding.com)

Ingredients:
-1 cup oat flour
-1/2 cup stevia
-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
-3 tbs raw cacao powder
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1/4 tsp salt
-4 egg whites
-8 oz berry-flavored baby food (about two small jars)
-1/2 cup water
-1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Mix dry ingredients well, then add wet ingredients and mix again. Once mixed, add in chocolate chips and stir one last time. Pour batter into muffin tins and bake for 18 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes about 12 muffins.

Homemade peanut butter almond milk ice cream! Healthy AND clean! 🙌 if you’re like me and hate bananas, this is a perfect (and yummier, in my opinion) alternative! It’s only 110 calories for a HUGE serving, or only 30 if you omit the peanut butter!

Ingredients: 
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1-2 packets of Stevia
-pinch of salt
-1 tbsp peanut butter

Mix almond milk, stevia, vanilla, and salt and pour into an ice cube tray. Once frozen, pop cubes out of tray and microwave for 30 seconds. Then, mix in a blender with 1 tbsp of peanut butter until smooth and enjoy!
